All ticket sales are subject to availability. Tickets are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing or required by law. Event lineups, times, and locations may change without notice. Prices are subject to change and may include service fees, taxes, and third-party charges. You are responsible for verifying event details before purchase. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets. Payments are processed through PCI-compliant third-party systems. We are not liable for errors, delays, or issues related to third-party processors.

By attending any VioPixel event, you agree to comply with all event rules, safety protocols, and venue regulations. Your entry may be denied or revoked without refund if you engage in prohibited conduct including but not limited to harassment, disorderly behavior, intoxication, or failure to comply with staff instructions. We reserve the right to record events and use your likeness for promotional or archival purposes.

You agree not to misuse our services. Prohibited behavior includes but is not limited to violating any law, infringing on intellectual property, attempting unauthorized access to our systems, using bots or scrapers, uploading malicious content, or engaging in deceptive conduct. We reserve the right to restrict access, terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity.

All content on our platforms including logos, designs, music, videos, images, software, and text are the property of VioPixel Music Group or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

Our platforms may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, tools, or services. We are not responsible for their content, availability, practices, or policies. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy policies.
